Algonquin Park, Canada, Summer 2003

In the summer of 2003, Duane journeyed to the wilds of Canada's Algonquin Park
 to pursue his passions of fly fishing and capturing the beauty and spirit
of an awesome land with paint and canvas. Inspired by Tom Thompson
and The Group of Seven's artistic passion and identity for the area,
Duane feels that Algonquin Park fueled his need to paint like nowhere before.
What a place to center ones self, create and reflect far from the hand of man.

These are works done by Duane in the park with a few larger pieces
completed in his studio upon fresh return from the North.
